Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between single- and double-sided printing?
Single-sided flags are printed on tri-lobal fabric. The design shows through on the back, so it reads in reverse from that side. Double-sided flags use silverback fabric so your design reads correctly from both sides, which suits flags seen from more than one direction.

Which base should I choose?
Use the cross plate on hard floors indoors, the ground spike on grass or sand, and the 7kg base plate on hard ground outdoors or in windier spots. If you’re unsure, tell us where the flag will be displayed and we’ll recommend one.

Can I leave my flag out in strong wind?
Take your flag down in strong winds or storms. Position it away from fences, trees, signs and anything else the fabric could catch on, and keep the area around the base clear so it isn’t a trip hazard.

How do I remove creases from the fabric?
Fold lines from packing usually relax once the fabric is tensioned. For stubborn creases, use a garment steamer on a low setting from the back of the fabric.
